Fill‑Gel 350LV is a one‑component fully‑cured dispensable silicone thermal gel with thermal conductivity of 3.5W/m・K, no mixing or post‑curing required. It features high thixotropy and flexibility, suitable for large‑tolerance gaps and multi‑components sharing one heat sink. Formulated for ultra‑low volatiles, low oil‑bleeding and low‑stress applications, it delivers high dispense rate for higher productivity. Its cross‑linked gel structure offers superior long‑term reliability compared with traditional thermal grease under thermal cycling, shock and vibration conditions. Working temperature:‑50℃ ~ 200℃, UL94 V‑0 flammability rating.

It is widely used for chassis and associated cooling modules, LED lighting, smart terminals, mobile phones, tablet computers, communication equipment, optical modules, SSD and camera modules.
