Fill‑Grease 300I is silicone‑based oxide‑filled thermal grease, thermal conductivity 3.0W/m・K. Solvent‑free, no metal powder, min BLT down to 7μm for ultra‑low thermal resistance. Supports screen/stencil printing & dispensing; non‑drying, no settling or hardening. Working temperature:‑40℃ ~ 150℃, UL94 V‑0.
