What is the Thermally Conductive Insulator T-Mask 500 ?
Techinno T-Mask 500 is silicone based thermally conductive insulator pad, fil led with boron nitride and alumina powder. The thermal conductivity is 5.0W/m-K. It has glass fiber as reinforced carrier for protecting the pad from tear, cut-through and puncture. It is suitable for using between high power semi-conductor component and heat sink, play the role of thermal conductive and electrical insulation. T-Mask 500 is smooth and compliance, and easy to achieve very low interficial thermal resisitance under low mounting stress condition. Meanwhile, it keeps good electrical insulation performance as well.
