FAQ
Thermally conductive insulator are high-performance thermal interface materials. Featuring high thermal conductivity, high electrical insulation, high reliability, a soft design, and a smooth surface, they are widely used on the surfaces of various metal and ceramic components. Major application scenarios include:
Thermally conductive insulator for IGBT, Power semiconductor TO package, Power switch module Applications
Reliable electrical insulation ensures that power devices operating under high voltage will not short-circuit. Using fiberglass as a reinforcing substrate gives the material excellent tear resistance and puncture resistance, ensuring that it will not be scratched during installation, nor will it crack or fail under long-term high-temperature, high-vibration operating conditions, thereby providing outstanding mechanical stability and reliability.
Thermally conductive insulator for LED lighting Applications
For power devices such as UPS, inverters, and transformers, Thermally conductive insulator offer excellent dielectric strength to withstand high-voltage breakdown. They can directly replace the traditional combination of “ceramic sheet + thermal grease,” effectively avoiding reliability risks such as drying out and contamination due to grease bleed over time.
Thermally conductive insulator for Automotive control units and Motor control units Applications
Thermally conductive insulator can effectively handle the immense heat generated by high-power components such as power modules in automotive electronics, ensuring their stable operation. Their excellent electrical insulation properties reliably isolate high-voltage currents, effectively preventing leakage, breakdown, and electrical faults, thereby protecting the stable operation of core circuits and control units.
To ensure that Thermally conductive insulator maintain stable thermal conductivity and workability within its shelf life, please follow the storage requirements below:
Environmental conditions
① Temperature: 0 °C to 35 °C
② Relative humidity: ≤ 65 % RH
③ Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity, or corrosive gas environments.
Shelf life
12 months from the date of packaging. After the shelf life has expired, it is recommended to first verify the thermal performance before further use; only continue use if the product passes verification.
The packaging of Thermally Conductive Electrical Insulator Pads shall comply with the following requirements:
Store sealed in the original packaging in a cool, dry, dust-free, and light-protected environment.
Pay attention to the integrity of the packaging, and avoid contact with organic solvents before use.
