What is the Thermally Conductive Insulator T-Mask 350 ?
Techinno T-Mask 350 is silicone based thermally conductive electrical insulator pad, filled with boron nitride and alumina powder. The thermal conductivity is 3.5W/m-K. It has glass fiber as reinforced carrier for protecting the pad from tear, cut-through and puncture. It is suitable for using between high power semi-conductor component and heat sink, play the role of thermal conductive and electrical insulation. T-Mask 350 is smooth and compliance, and easy to achieve very low interficial thermal resistance under low mounting stress condition. Meanwhile, it keeps good electrical insulation performance as well.T-Mask 350 can be provided with single side adhesive as requested.
