Used between the CPU/GPU and the thermal module, it can completely fill tiny gaps, significantly reduce interfacial thermal resistance, and ensure stable operation of thin and light laptops under high loads. Compared with traditional thermal interface materials, the cooling effect is significantly better.

2.How should Liquid Metal Materials be properly stored to ensure quality?

To ensure that Liquid Metal Materials maintain stable thermal conductivity and workability within its shelf life, please follow the storage requirements below:

Environmental conditions (applicable to all forms)
① Temperature: 15 °C to 35 °C
② Relative humidity: ≤ 65 % RH
③ Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, high humidity, or corrosive gas environments.

Shelf life
6 months from the date of packaging. After the shelf life has expired, it is recommended to first verify the thermal performance before further use; only continue use if the product passes verification.

3.How should Liquid Metal materials be packaged in different forms?

The packaging of Liquid Metal materials shall comply with the following requirements:

1. Sheet products: Keep sealed in the original packaging; avoid folding, heavy pressure, or contact with sharp objects to prevent mechanical damage or contamination.

2. Paste/Liquid products: Store sealed in their original containers. After use, immediately tighten the cap to prevent oxidation.

4.What are the precautions to be taken before using Liquid Metal materials?

Pay attention to the integrity of the packaging. If the container has been opened and exposed to air for more than one week, it is recommended to discard it. Liquid metal is electrically conductive, and leakage may cause short circuits. Avoid leaving it directly open in electrostatic-sensitive areas.
