What is the Thermally Conductive Greases Fill-Grease 400?
Techinno Fill-Grease 400 is silicone based material and has low viscosity, excellent wetting property and minimum bond line thickness (BLT) at only 25μm, which can help to achieve the minimal thermal resistance. Furthermore, it can wet the contact surface very well even under low mounting stress, and be applied on the substrate smoothly by screen printing, stencil printing or dispensing. Fill-Grease 400 is stable and does not dry out, settle or harden. These properties make it widely used in high-power devices such as CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, Northbridges, and other heating devices.
