Techinno Fill-Grease 550 is a high performance silicone grease based material with a thermal conductivity of 5.5W/m-K. The unique formula achieves excellent wettability and ultra-low bond line thickness, which allows Fill-Grease 550 fully fill the interface tolerances, minimize the interface thermal resistance. The product possesses good thixotropy and low viscosity for rapid dispensing or stencil screen printing applications.
