What is the Pluggable Material T-Plug 820S?
T-Plug 820S is a pluggable thermal conductive laminated material. This product uses stainless steel film as the carrier and is attached with high performance thermal conductive silicone pad. The fully cross-linked pad eliminates the possibility of TIM material leakage during application. It can minimize the interface thermal resistance and provide excellent pluggable performance. It is designed for optical module and switch applications.
