What is the Thermally ConductiveEnergy Storage Material Fill-ESM 130 ?

Techinno Fill-ESM 130 is a kind of crosslinked silicone-free phase change composite with excellent comprehensive performance, which combines 1.0W/m-K thermal conductivity with 130J/g phase change latent heat. It is able to absorb, store or release a large amount of latent heat over a defined temperature range under the phase change process.The unique structure and formula make the product has high latent heat, excellent stability, good insulation, mechanical  properties and thermal conductivity. Specially, the designed  phase change temperature of 37°C can be used for the thermal management of temperature -sensitive products including wearable devices, medical apparatus as well as battery.

Fill-ESM 130 can be supplied as cut parts in sheet and the thickness can be customized, and it can also be form into special-shape according to requirements.
