What is the Thermally Conductive Greases Fill-Grease 300I?
Techinno Fill-Grease 300l is silicone based material filled with metal oxides, and has low viscosity, excellent wetting property and minimum bond line thickness (BLT) at only 7μm, which can help to achieve the minimal thermal resistance. Furthermore, it can wet the contact surface very well even under low mounting stress, and be applied on the substrate smoothly by screen printing, stencil printing or dispensing. Fill-Grease 300l is stable and does not dry out, settle or harden. These properties make it widely used in high-power devices such as CPUs, GPUs, ASICs, Northbridges, and other heating devices
