Techinno T-Mask series thermally conductive insulators are designed to provide low thermal impedance and excellent electrical isolation for high power and high voltage applications. It has fiber glass or polyimide film as reinforced carrier for protecting the pad from tears, cut-throughs and punctures. T-Mask has good compliance with the surface of metal and ceramic components. It can get low interfacial thermal resistance under low mounting pressure to achieve high efficient heating dissipation. T-Mask can be provided with single side adhesive as requested.
