In order to implement the strategic needs of Techinno New Material Technology Co., LTD. and strengthen the company's scientific research strength, Techinno set up the Techinno (Tianjin) research and development center in November 2020 in Tianjin Airport Business Park, which is designed to provide overall plan of electronic materials used at chip and system level. It focuses on industry spot problem, prophetic research for high-end products and providing customized solutions to our customers. At present, the company focuses on the research and functional customization of a series of high-end thermal interface materials, such as composite liquid metal, carbon fiber oriented gap pad, thermally conductive semi-cured PCB, thermally conductive wave absorption and electromagnetic shielding materials, et al.

Tianjin Techinno R&D Center, fully relying on Tianjin intellectual and industrial advantages, builds a R&D team with original innovation ability. The team has over 10 years’ experience in thermal interface materials design, development and management, with the core members consisted of provincial and ministry-level experts, doctors, masters and bachelors, and has carried out deep manufacture-learning-research cooperation with well-known colleges and universities and research institutes. The R&D center has customized and developed a number of thermal solutions and product designs that have been adopted by world-renowned communication, consumer electronics and automotive electronics customers.
